HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are handmade, so it takes time to make it.
Shipping times vary depending on the size, quantity, and complexity of the design. Most custom orders ship within 5-7 business days (Business days are Monday till Friday). (Sorry I have a lot of orders in the queue that's why it takes so much time)
Big/hard design rugs may take longer.
The orders are shipped from California, where I am based.
Delivery time takes usually about 3-5 business days (exclude customs control) from shipping day. Sometimes (on big holidays period ) it takes more time to be delivered (It's not depending on me but on a shipping company).
After order is shipped i will update you with tracking number.
Orders in category ready to ship are made and are ready to ship. The rest are made to order.
I can't make them faster because they are handmade ;)
